Ingredients

  • 25 grams Flora Pro.Activ Buttery
  • 1 small clove garlic
  • 2 handfuls fresh basil
  • 25 grams Parmesan cheese, finely grated
  • 2 large slices bread (e.g. rye, granary)
  • 100 grams chicken breast fillet, cooked and sliced
  • handful rocket
  • 25 grams toasted pine nuts

Directions

  1. Place the Flora ProActiv spread, garlic and basil in a food processor and blend until smooth.
  2. Add the Parmesan and mix in.
  3. Spread the pesto over the bread and top with the rocket, chicken and pine nuts.
