Ingredients

  • 25 grams Flora pro.activ buttery spread
  • 4 slice Italian Bread e.g ciabatta loaves
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 beefsteak tomatoes, finely chopped
  • 1 large shallot, finely chopped
  • Twist ground black pepper
  • A handful of torn basil

Directions

  1. Cut the garlic clove in half and rub the cut surface over both sides of the bread. Toast both sides of the bread.
  2. Spread the Flora ProActiv Buttery spread over the bread and top with the tomatoes, shallot, seasoning and torn basil leaves.
