Ingredients

  • 115 grams smoked mackerel fillet
  • 20 grams Flora pro.activ buttery spread
  • 2 tbsp natural yoghurt
  • 1 tsp horseradish sauce
  • squeeze of lemon juice
  • Few drops of Tabasco sauce
  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley
  • 3 slices granary bread, toasted
  • Salad to garnish

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients apart from the salad and bread in a liquidiser or food processor and blend together to reach the texture you prefer.
  2. Serve with the salad garnish and granary toast.
